Outdoor Wood Boiler Insulated REHAU Pipe
Outdoor Wood Boiler (OWB) Insulated REHAU pipe is specially designed
for the efficient transfer of hot water from outdoor wood boilers to residential
and light commercial building such as barns and workshops. A flexible
alternative to rigid pipe, OWB pipe offers ease of installation combined
with the long-term performance of REHAU's 02 Barrier PEXa
pipe for hydronic heating applications.

Smooth interior wall of carrier pipes promotes superior flow and consistent
water pressure
Continuous single layer of insulation minimizes heat loss and water

Integrated supply and return pipes streamline installation
Continuous, flexible OWB pipe coils can make bends as tight as 3ft
(0.9 m), minimizing the need for joints in the pipeline.
1 . CARRIER PIPES: transfers hot water
through REHAU 02 Barrier PEXa pipe. Rated 180 degrees F at 100psi and backed by
a 25 year warranty. PEXa contains the most consistent level of cross linking
pex and can be used with virtually any connection system - compression,
crimp or expansion.
2. POLYURETHANE FOAM: insulates the carrier
pipes to maximized efficiency and save energy. Solidly filled makes it
waterproof, un-crushable, and virtually un-measurable heat loss.
3. POLYETHYLENE CASING: protects the insulation
and carrier pipes with a smooth outer jacket that is tougher and more
flexible.
ThermoPEX
ThermoPEX is flexible pre-insulated piping that is ideal for use with
outdoor wood furnaces. ThermoPEX consists of two 1-inch* oxygen barrier
Central PEX lines or two 1-1/4 inch** oxygen barrier PEX lines (supply
and return) that are insulated with high-density urethane insulation and
a thick, durable, waterproof, polyethylene outer jacket.
